Payment Terminal

Manager agrees to set up their own payment terminal to send invoices for and receive payment of their fees with families. NannyPod recommends using PayPal.

These additional payment terminal terms (“Additional Payment Terminal Terms”), in addition to the NannyPod Terms of Service located at https://www.nannypod.com/terms-of-service-for-manager-subscribers  (the “NannyPod Terms of Service”), govern your use of the payment terminal (the “Terminal”), and the support services and NannyPod software provided by NannyPod for use with the Terminal (the “Terminal-Related Services”). Capitalized terms used in these Additional Payment Terminal Terms but not otherwise defined herein will have the meaning given to them in the NannyPod Terms of Service.

Incorporation of the NannyPod Terms of Service.

You acknowledge that these Additional Payment Terminal Terms are hereby incorporated into the NannyPod Terms of Service and are therefore part of the Agreement. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Additional Payment Terminal Terms, the Terminal and/or the Terminal-Related Services is subject to the warranties and disclaimer, limitations and exclusions of liability, governing law and all other terms in the NannyPod Terms of Service. Any conflicts between the NannyPod Terms of Service and these Additional Payment Terminal Terms will be resolved in favor of these Additional Payment Terminal Terms.
