Manager Assistance Fees
Managers do the hard work of filtering candidates, setting interviews and reviewing childcare experience. Selecting this service is optional but highly recommended.
If you are looking for a more boutique nanny agency to solve your exact childcare needs, please opt to have a dedicated Manager complete the hard work. There is a modest additional fee, which varies by location. Just select ‘Yes’ in the Family Consult and we will be in touch promptly. You can then decide if you’d like to proceed with this convenient option, after reviewing the details and costs specific to your area. Thank you.
Manager Responsibilities
Once you have paid the Subscription fee and Manager fee, we will take on the below responsibilities.
- Filtering candidates
- Reviewing applications
- Checking experience
- Interviewing appropriate nannies
- Calling and checking references
- Initiating background checks
- Sharing the final best candidates with you (usually 2 or 3)
