Download Your 1099 Tax Document for 2019

Please scroll down to the section below labeled Payroll & Tax Info 2019 / 2020, thank you. Follow the instructions carefully before getting in touch. You will ONLY need to do this if you were paid by NannyPod in 2019.

Payroll & tax Info 2019 / 2020

• Download your 2019 Income Tax Document now called a 1099. Login to ADP, click the Pay tab on the left, then on the bottom right you will see the box Tax Statements. Click the download button for your 1099 - MISC. Click here to login to MyAccessADP.

• You have to wait until you have been paid at least once before registering

• Please look for an email from ADP / NannyPod. If you did not get email, see next bullet point to register. *You must do this initially via a browser, not via the ADP app.

• Click here to register; in bottom left click Register As A Contractor (1099); Enter your SSN, Name and Zip Code. Enter your Hire Date as 12/24/2018; Leave the ‘Company Name’ section blank.

• If you have trouble, try entering your old ZIP Code or 29464.

• You will need to ensure your bank routing number and account number are 100% accurate immediately, thank you. If it is blank or incorrect, please update it immediately, thank you.

• When you are logged in, download your 1099 Tax Document for 2019 and file it with your tax return. Don’t forget to take deductions, talk to a CPA!

Payroll & Tax Info 2018

• Please look for an email from Payable / NannyPod

• Input your info, especially your Social Security Number

• Choose to receive your 1099 electronically (not by mail); If it says you do not have one, that is ok.

  *You may receive one or two 1099s for 2018 via email. One from NannyPod USA Inc. and one from Nanny Pod LLC. Be sure to file both with your tax return for 2018 if applicable.

  **If you did not get the Payable email, there is nothing for you to do for Item #1.

Notes About Long Term Childcare - Nanny Matches Part-Time & Full-Time

• 20 Hours PerWeek Minimum recommended for Part Time Matched Nannies

• 40 Hours Per Week Minimum recommended for Full Time Matched Nannies

• 2 Month (Summer Only June-August), 6 Month, 12 Month or 24 Month Family Commitments Recommended

• 31 Day notice by family if cancelling / terminating you without cause for your protection is recommended

• Nanny-Family Contract recommended

• Paid Time Off (PTO) and Unpaid Time Off (UPTO) at the discretion of each family, but strongly encouraged by NannyPod
